重启rac时发现32004，后来才发现dg已经不存在了standby_archive_dest还在生效中，而background_dump_dest和user_dump_dest并没在pfile中出现，最后注释了standby_archive_destok了
纠结了一段时间，遇到问题多尝试一下是必要的
奇怪的是alter日志中并没提示因为这个参数影响的，也没说另外2个参数
